The product is oil-resistent and hardens between close-fitting metal surfaces when not exposed to air (anaerobic) to prevent undesired loosening and leaks caused by impacts and vibration. Good adhesive properties, suitable for active metals (such as brass and copper) and passive materials (such as stainless steel), resists temperatures up to 200°C.
